Bottom Confirmed?

 

The markets have only done this twice, % trading below nta hitting 10%. 2001 internet bubble implosion; 2008 housing implosion in USA n Europe. And now, 10% is about the worst it can get. This also signalled the bottom is very near or even that we have surpassed it already.
